All three were found running loose in the 11000 Block of FM 1156, Jack County, Texas. It is believed that other cattle are loose in the area but have not been reported to the Sheriff’s Office. It is also believed that the cattle came off a trailer while in motion and were not actually from the area where they were found.
Pursuant to the stock laws of the State of Texas, Chapter Four, Title 121, Revised Civil Statures of Texas 1925, said estray has been impounded. Cattle are being held at the Jack County Sheriff’s Office designated Impoundment yard for cattle Jack County Sheriff’s Office, Jack County, Texas.
A diligent search has been conducted to locate the owner, to no avail. Notice is hereby given that, if the ownership of estray is not determined by the 27th day of July, 2026, said estray will be sold at public auction/Sheriff’s sale at Graham Livestock Auction, Graham, Young County, Texas.
